Kopumā ar uzkopšanu esmu ļoti apmierināta 🥰 Galvenais uzsvars man bija tieši uz virtuvi, un to es arī saņēmu — virtuve ir vienkārši ideālā stāvoklī! ❤️ Vienīgais, ko gribētos, lai istabās putekļi būtu noslaucīti nedaudz rūpīgāk, īpaši bērnu istabā. Tur dažās vietās putekļi vēl bija palikuši. Bet kopumā paldies par darbu! 🌸

Kopumā viss ļoti patika. Paldies par darbu! Mazliet neapmierināta esmu par grīdu uzkopšanu. Teicu, ka tā ir vissvarīgākā. Tika izslaucīts ātri un ūdeni nenomainīja kaut bija melns. Pēc mājaslapas norādītais laiks bija 4h, bet visu pabeidza pēc 2h.

The cleaning lady (Alina Usik) did a really good job. She completed all the tasks (including tasks such as taking out the trash, vacuuming the floor, cleaning the vacuum cleaner after use, mopping the floor with clean water etc.). There are no complaints from our side. She did a fantastic job, and we would be happy to have her back for the next cleaning day.

Уборка была сделана хорошо и быстро, а вот общение с менеджером было невнятным - она не могла объяснить, каким образом она пересчитала стоимость уборки и не отвечала толком на уточняющие вопросы. Судя по всему, это частая проблема сервиса - при подсчете на сайте люди видят одну сумму, а потом им пересчитывают на другую. Тогда надо давать более подробную информацию на сайте и делать расчет заранее по фотографиям

Alina did a good job overall, and it was clear that she put time and effort into the areas she cleaned. I especially appreciated that she cleaned the window sills, as they are often overlooked. There are a few areas where I think the service could be improved. I would have liked a more thorough cleaning of the kitchen area, and the areas around the radiators should also be covered. It would also be better to vacuum the floors before mopping to remove all dust and hair effectively. The trash should be removed as well. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell left in the bathroom afterward, possibly due to dirty mop water or a cleaning cloth that hadn't been washed properly. Overall, I was happy with the quality of the cleaning. With a few small improvements in these areas, the service would be excellent.

The cleaning lady (Janet Arsauskas) did a really good job. She completed most of the tasks listed in the apartment cleaning description. There were only a few things left undone, which we also forgot to mention because we assumed they would be done by default (such as taking out the trash, changing the bed sheets, cleaning the vacuum cleaner after use). We'll make sure to communicate these expectations more clearly with her next time. There are no complaints from our side. Overall she has done a great job.

Ļoti negodīgi sanāca. Atnāca pie manis darbinieki. Izrādas kā cena par logu mazgāšanu ir cita, pārrekināja, sanāca pa10.50€ vairāk. Es zvanīju un rakstīju uzņēmumām, lai man atsūta to rēkinu. Neviens neatbildēja. Man nācas samaksāt cilvēkiem uz vietas to naudu. Pēc pāris dienām man no konta šo naudu papildus norakstīja. Izrādas, kā tagad es dubultā samaikāju. Pie tām logus es pārmazgāju visu vakaru, jo viss bija baltās strīpās. Viss pārejais bija labi iztirīts. Vairs nepasūtīšu.
